Sector Bar & Restaurant is one of the very few famous restaurants where big events take place in Bali. This restaurant is adjacent with BaliBeach Golf Course, and as you may have guess it, they’re under one management. Built on top of Wordpress, Sector Bar’s website is one of the most simple and attractive website we made so far.

BaliBeach Golf Course was one of our first clients, and one experience we will not forget. BBGC’s web development took so much time to finish, this is an example of a bad thing went wrong on the agreement. We revised our divdsgn agreement right after this project. Nevertheless, this one’s quite a babe among websites.

Gusti Ngurah Pradnyana is a photographer based in Bali, he came to us wanting to create a blog and something to showcase his photographs, so we integrate both in a single website. Powered by Wordpress, jquery and sheer manpower, Ngurah Pradnyana’s website is a stunningly beautiful photo gallery and blog hybrid.

Putu Eka is our long-time friend and he already went a long way into becoming a great photographer. But don’t take our word for it, see it for yourself. Eka is an aspiring photographer based in our hometown, Tabanan, he takes his work very seriously but he also has fun doing it. He’s kind of like us, doing what he loves to do and he earns living from it.

Winner Sosis website is the online presence of Pt. Winner Food Industry. Equipped with jquery slideshow on the homepage, user are taken into a quick tour on the company profile. This website is using heavily modified contact forms and utilizing wordpress’ user profile. Within one month after the release, the website has already received many new agent registrations :)

Back then we had just grid thumbnails on our portfolio section, how we organized it into (hopefully something easier to read) a list with thumbnails. There you go, I hope it’s now easier to navigate :)

BaliGensourcing.com

BaliGen is a very well-known supplier and buying agent located in Kerobokan, Bali. Mr. Dila wanted a website to represent their services online, we made them an orange website :)

This website is spiced with custom jquery slideshow on the homepage, lightbox gallery on the details page and also a kickass watermark function.

persadaproperty.com

Persada Property is a newly established property agent, developer and contractor office based in Denpasar – Bali. They wanted a website to showcase their listings, complete with location map. We gave them that, and integrated contact forms for quick inquiry. All wrapped with soft purple color theme that suits their office color theme.

Andi just finished a Wordpress plugin, it’s called What Twitter Says.

What does it do?

What Twitter Says basically shows the result of your search query on your Wordpress blog, it takes a search query (string) as an input. Think of the possibilities:

• Showing all tweets that has your topic of interest, for example: architecture, cooking and dota.
• Showing all tweets from you and the ones mentioning your username.
• You get the idea, fill in the list ;)

Requirements

This plugin requires Wordpress 2.7 and has been tested up to version 2.7.1.

Installation Instructions

Put that shiny automatic plugin install to use, will ya :p
Navigate to your wordpress dashboard > Plugins > Add New and search what twitter say.

Activate the plugin after and you’re done.

How to use What Twitter Says

If your theme supports widgets (as most themes do nowadays), go to your dashboard > Appearance > Widgets and you’ll see the What Twitter Says widget there.

The title field is self explanatory.

The ‘all of these words’ and ‘any of these words’ fields is where you input your search query. Why two different inputs? Here’s the difference.

All of these words: if you enter rice field, the plugin will display tweets that has both words in it.

Any of these words: if you enter rice field, the plugin will display tweets that has any of them.

Number of tweets field is self explanatory, I think.

If your theme doesn’t support widgets, don’t worry, we still love you. Here’s how you can call the function from anywhere in your template.

Replace the “and field” with the string you’d normally put in “All of these words” field, and the “or field” with “Any of these words”. If you get the line of PHP code up there you’ll know what I mean :)
